What varieties are the juiciest, sweetest, tastiest. Do I need to choose varieties by region or are there ones that are universal for the entire Russian Federation.

I plant borscht beets and canteen. Borscht is not very tasty when you just boil it, but the borsch from it turns out to be just super-duper. I cook ordinary beets for salads, vinaigrette, or just like that, we sometimes eat it.
